Organizations: Contact us about our
special rates on plans with generous resources at very low prices!
(NPOs must provide proof of nonprofit status before plans are
activated.)
Pointer
Domains: Have two domain names (ie: www.yourdomain.com
and www.yourdomain.net) and you'd like them to both go to the same
location? We'll set up a pointer domain for only $10.00. Most
companies charge a monthly fee for domain pointers. We only charge
you once per pointed domain. (Pointer Domains are available only to
existing NVServ clients)
Domain
Parking: Want to park your domain? We'll park your
domain for only $2.00 per month! One email redirect included.
Bandwidth Allowance:
We are fairly liberal about accounts occasionally exceeding
bandwidth, but if monthly traffic exceeds the plan's posted
allowance significantly, compared to your normal bandwidth history,
you will be asked to upgrade to a larger account.
Additional Bandwidth:
Purchase additional bandwidth at 25 cents per month - per 1 gig. (1
gig minimum. In many cases, it's less expensive to simply upgrade
to the next hosting plan, which not only offers more bandwidth, but
more features!
If at any time your site
extensively exceeds more than 20% (50% +) of our systems resources
in one day, your account will be deactivated immediately without
notice and you will have to contact us for reactivation.

Backups:
Backups are made nightly. No guarantees are made of any kind, either
expressed or implied, as to the integrity of these backups. Backups
are made for server restoration purposes only. It is the clients'
responsibility to maintain local copies of their web content (you
can do this yourself from your Control Panel). If loss of data occurs due to
an error of NVServ, NVServ will attempt to recover the data at no
charge to the client. If data loss occurs due to negligence of
client in securing their account or by an action of the client,
NVServ will attempt to recover the data from the most recent archive
for a $25.00 fee.

All pricing is in US funds. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover and PayPal. All orders received Monday through
Saturday 7:00AM to 7:00PM EST, and Sunday from Noon to 5:00 PM EST
will be set up the same day, orders received after these hours will
be set up the following morning.
We keep our number of
customers low (unlike some of these mega-companies), so you
don't become just another customer. This allows us to give
you personal care and technical support on a one-to-one
basis.
